Data we collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, email (optional) and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
• Delivery addresses you add.
• Order data: products, prices, delivery slot, payment method, ratings and complaints.
• Wallet balance and referral code.
• Your device's push notification token and notification preferences.

We do not access your GPS location, contacts, photos or camera.

How we use your data

• To create and sign in to your account.
• To fulfil and deliver your orders and contact you about them.
• To send order status and offer notifications (you can turn these off in Settings).
• To handle complaints, improve the service and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the app:

• Hosting and database (Render and MongoDB Atlas).
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications.
• The payment provider, when you pay by card; card details go directly to it and are never stored by us.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and passwords are stored hashed. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account deletion, except order records we are legally required to keep.

Account deletion and your rights

You can delete your account and its data at any time on the account deletion page. To request access to or correction of your data, email support@mimo.shop and we will complete the request within 30 days.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
